Forward Our Mission
Ticket sales cover only a portion of our production costs. We depend on support from people who share our vision to produce bold theater, new play development and help artists celebrate their craft through a variety of different types of productions.
Emerging New York City playwrights come together for a full-season residency, to work in collaboration with each other, and with directors, actors, and producers. The culmination of this collaboration is the development of a full-length workshop ready script.

ETC produces new plays for 10-hour staged readings and 29-hour staged readings. Out of our play-lab, and curation of lab alumni writers, ETC produces performance workshops and main-stage productions. Help us by donating to make these endeavors an ongoing opportunity for writers.
